Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy: Please read below for our return, back-order, ordering and privacy policies. If you have any questions or require further information, please contact us. Returns: If you are not completely happy with your purchase from us, simply notify us within 15 days. We cannot accept returns on items that have had the security seal broken or tampered with. Return items must be sent to us post paid. Postage is non-refundable. We will not send out replacement products until we have received and inspected your returned items. If you wish to have replacement items sent out immediately, you will be billed for them, and store credit will be applied to your account when the items arrive.
Refund Policy: Orders paid by Canadian dollars will be refunded in Canadian dollars. Payment made by foreign currency would be at the original transaction exchange rate up to 60 days from original transaction. After the 60 days customer bear sole responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate(s) between the time of payment and the time of refund. Any processing fee(s) will be deducted from the refund. Ever Stevia Canada Inc. is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the credit card company, financial institution or PayPal in the case of refund.
